Aged 2 years is best

It is better for your digestive systems to have wonderful aged cheese. I like the Vermont flavors and at least a 2 year old aged. Also good on the apple pie!

Fantastic Cheese

This is the very best cheese. If it didn’t cost so much to ship I would get it more often. It’s my very favorite cheese. There is no cheese I have found as tasteful and easy to eat with just about anything. I’ve had it in crackers or on an apple as well as in a salad. Just adds so much no matter how you eat it. Alone it is so yummy too.

I enjoy it but wished it was "sharper".
