Scottish Style Back Bacon
My husband and I loved these for breakfast on cold and rainy mornings this spring. Little fat and a lot of protein to get you going. Great with oatmeal, homemade toast (from my sourdough bread), eggs, or just about any other breakfast foods.

Absolutely the best bacon. My family truly enjoys the meaty, and tasty bacon. We appreciate the fact that it is not over salting.
