I paid extra for “White Glove” service, but when the team arrived, they insisted on installing legs on the adjustable frame. I chose this frame specifically for its zero clearance feature, allowing it to fit directly onto my platform bed. After some discussion, they finally placed the frame on my captain's bed without any issues. Other than this hiccup, the rest of the service went smoothly.
