Box was rough, but bed was intact

When the box arrived, I was a little concerned. It was rough, torn and taped in a out 20 places. After I got it inside, and opened it everything looked to be there. There was 1 small tear in the pad. You will need at least 2 people to carry it, and put it in place. Assembly was fairly simple. Had to read the directions a couple of times, and be sure you read the correct size and application. Was happy to find out I could use as 0 clearance. I strapped the frame to by bed laid the mattress on and bingo. Fits nicely and works quietly. The positions are endless, and 0 gravity is amazing. Would have given it 5 stars if the box had not been trashed. Got it during a sale, and got. A great price. Recommend it highly.
