New handle for an old axe

My Dad said he forged this axe head from a meteor that fell in Viroquoa back in the 2010s but I'm pretty sure he found it metal detecting. Regardless, the head will shatter before the handle does.

Great handle. Matched it with the mystery grab bag diuble bit axe head.

Can't wait to get it hafted and used. It feels great in the hand already.
