Sizing is all over the place

I bought 1 last year in my size S and it was too tight so I ordered a size up this time. I bought 3 colors. The Royal Blue is Made in China and the White and the Deep Orchid are Made in Bangladesh. The one Made in China fits in M, but the ones Made in Bangladesh are a size bigger (22” from Pit to Pit). The ones Made in Bangladesh are true to size, but the ones Made in China are a size smaller. I returned all 3.

Beautiful material and perfect fit. It’s not boxy.
