Customer service no response

I have many of the beautiful straws made by this company. I also gifted them to others to rave reviews. One of my friends accidentally broke her Rey straw and I ordered another as a replacement for her on her birthday. For some weird reason, the payment page changed the shipping address (to my friend) to my billing address instead. I found out as soon as payment was processed and I received the email confirmation. I wrote to them immediately asking for the correction to the shipping address so that she can get it on time. I received no response. I wrote to them 4 times stating this error and no response. The straw was delivered to my billing address where I won’t get to it till the end of November. I am extremely upset with this. I will not buy from them again if they ignore emails. The products are good but customer care is horrid since you are basically ignored. Pity.

I have been wanting to get one of these for forever and finally decided to just do it. I am so happy I did! It’s the cutest thing ever and such incredible quality. Definitely going to be purchasing more!!
