Great customer service!
Our family loves warmies. My daughter has so many and we bought her a Junior bunny to add to her collection for Easter. When it arrived she didn’t have it for more than an hour and the stitching ripped open. I contacted warmies to let them know about what I assume was a stitching error because we have never had this happen before. They were so quick to respond to my emails, verify the issue and sent a replacement. My daughter was thrilled when the replacement bunny arrived and we haven’t had any issues with the second one. I was VERY impressed with how quickly their customer service responded and fixed the issue.
I highly recommend the warmies brand. These are great gifts for kids!
