I came to purchase some leather jewelry boxes, which took quite some time to emboss. When I came back to the store, I was so very impressed by the great care that Rachel took to do the embossing. There was a slight slant to some words, and Rachel promptly discarded that jewelry box and started all over again on a new box! The other person (Richard?) who served me made very good recommendations for the colours and font and was endlessly patient with me. I was blown away by the care he took when tying up the ribbons. Both Richard and Rachel certainly showed a great pride in how they did their work.... not minding at all that they had to close the store late yesterday. The store name is so appropriate as they embody what an artisan is all about. They provided such excellent service, not even knowing that my mother had just passed away, and these boxes were to house her jewelry. They definitely brought a bright spark to my day! My deepest thanks and appreciation!
