Beautiful personalized picture frame but disappointed that they didn’t follow instructions (the engraving didn’t end up where it was instructed to be). They offered to do it again though but I didn’t have time to wait.

Couldn’t do it online as image was inaccurate so was afraid actual would also be haywire (non centralised) + online only allows inside personalisation. Had to go in person to get it done. Photo slot is very tight and difficult to insert photo. Not sure why email version can’t be sent out and had to spend time retyping.
