I received my phone mount kit for my '25 Gladiator Rubicon for Christmas, and with it the F-it! tool. Sadly, my tool somehow fell off my keys along with my other key ring. I contacted BP to lament my loss and asked how to purchase another tool, and they shipped me a new tool at no charge. The tool is not only wonderful for tightening my mount, but it is a great conversation starter when people ask me what it is. I tell them about Bulletpoint and how awesome their products are. I offered to pay for the replacement tool, but Bulletpoint customer service said they would give me another one for free, and I could pay for the next one. They were super helpful and generous. I love this company, and I highly recommend all its products. They are the best. I am a Bulletpoint customer for life.

Everything has been going wonderful with all of my products that I have received. I experienced wonderful customer service and even a small gift was sent for my troubles. I really appreciate that type of service in the products are working out wonderful in my Jeep.!!!
