2nd machine for 2nd location!

this machine is so essential for my daily wellness routine, ie 30-min 2x day. i’ve traveled nationally with it in checked luggage, that’s how essential it is! finally decided to invest in a 2nd machine to have at my boyfriend’s. it’s easy to use and economical since i’m not ready to invest the money or space for the larger sets. and it does the job for now! plus i love the added benefit of the ambient setting.. this along with recovery mode sets it apart from other brands. the bluetooth app is relatively easy to use although would be nice if it would stay connected consistently.. i’ve had to reconnect between the two locations sometimes. and i did have to call in as i wasn’t aware to set to not remember sessions so it would process quicker. overall very happy!

Red light therapy

I like the red light therapy. I like anything that helps my body heal itself.

I think they are worth having. I feel better every time I use it. I sustained a lower leg injury from mountain biking and I believe the use of my JOOVV was effective in healing much quicker and less pain with it. Sometimes my stress builds in my traps and the JOOVV fixes me right up. I want a larger panel in the future.
