Great piece of equipment that works as advertised. The app and blue tooth connection associated with Joovv could use improvement is user friendliness and connection speed.

Enjoy. My wife and I use it about 3 times a week. Between 10 and 20 minutes per session. It is helping her recover from two hip replacement surgeries. I find for workout recovery. It is a good product. We use in conjunction with HBOT.
