Powerful, sour-laconic notes mix with a touch of the animalic, and rounding it out is a green-sandalwood note. It's not heady, it's not lush, it's nearly disturbing in its muffled, green, (but not cool-green,) strangeness. However, diluted (20% in jojoba) and it becomes an amazingly warm/human-like base for other, clearer, and more mid to higher note, perfumes. Incredible for cool and warmer spring days. I don't wear it high on the body. I wear diluted India Hina on inner thighs or belly and place clearer florals and ambers, on solar plexus and through the sternum, above it. This fascinating oil can give tremendous body and depth to whole perfume expressions and layerings. As a solo perfume, I'd probably be cautious. However, I think this is an indispensable layering tool. Another one I never want to be without! (I still wish I could get AB India Musk!!! Another incredible layering tool!)
