I installed the preamp in my Jazz Bass and it is the best preamp i have ever had. This preamp is a tone machine!

Fits very well in a Fender Custom Classic Jazz Bass with only a small gap between pick guard and the control plate. This Preamp sounds great in active or passive mode, lots of sound capabilities. Fat Bass Tone answered all of my questions and shipped out quickly. They are very good!
