Coffee School: Milk Steaming and Latte Art

Almost 3 yrs I was doing it wrong... Now perfect every time... Excellent course. I have a few ideas how to greatly enhance customer satisfaction /delight.

The course felt like it stopped too short. It ended right when they were making the final design. I’ve since found other courses that provided more detail and were a little more helpful.

I thought the milk steaming suggestions were good and it has improved my overall milk texture making the capability of doing nice looking latte Art possible. I would have loved to seen more art created from the start of pour all the way to the end. Often, that part of the process was cut short in an effort to give verbal suggestions. I’m much more of a visual learner and will have to check out more online videos. All in all, the course was very well worth the course fee. In all honesty, I have a bit of a hand tremor and sometimes I make a perfect heart and at other times, it looks like a nuclear blast mushroom cloud. My consistency stinks!
