Replacement sprayer

I had an issue with my hose link sprayer. I made a phone call to customer service. Spoke to a very pleasant customer service representative who took care of my issue very quickly. I’m super satisfied with the customer service at Hoselink.

Consistent and Comfortable

This sprayer is easy for anyone to use. Comfortable grip and smooth thumb control lever. It also has a great selection of patterns. Only spray pattern I’d like to see in the future would be “Angle.” Most importantly, the Hoselink 8 Pattern Flow Control sprayer has been a consistent, reliable performer without leaks like many other brands on the market.

Customer service and reliability

Somehow my sprayer control broke. Hoselink sent me a free replacement. Not sure if it was because I bought 2 units but they certainly stand behind their product.
