My All Time Favourite Tank

The Chieftain MBT is my all-time favourite Tank, so building this model is a joy. Tamiya makes great models, and this is no exception. The parts fit perfectly, and there is great detailing. The Tank Museum price is Fantastic for this model, and I look forward to seeing the real tank in November.

Got one at last

I have been meaning to get this kit for a long time and finally got round to it. Now need to find the time to build it! I know it's an old kit but I have bought some photo etch and resin parts to improve the finished article. Delivery was prompt and it was very well packed. Not my first kit from this supplier and it won't be the last....ssshh!

First tank model in about 4 decades

The Tamiya Chieftain was my first tank model in about 4 decades. It was only appropriate I purchased from the Tank Museum. I Also bought a Little Willie pint glass and Haynes manual for the SST Concorde. The shipping to USA was a bit pricey but very fast and well worth it.
