Our cat loves it and won’t get out!

Absolutely not what it looks like, awful

My cat started sneezing and coughing when we gave it on Christmas, its real something fur! Emailed Tuft and Paw to receive a thanks for letting us know but not only will we refuse to let you return the item unused but because of the holidays over 30 days but basically tough luck. This is 135 dollar bed and not even a gesture of 100 credit on my credit card. They are horrible customer service hard and fast and I will never order from this company again after spending 600 dollars the previous year!!!! Very Disappointing!

Very soft, the kitties are still warming up to it.
