Basic Judo Leg Grabs by Shintaro Higashi

Since the IJF banned the leg-grabbing techniques, many Judo practitioners went into the Judo jungle of online video streams to recover the missing pieces needed to complete and revitalize the Judo system. One of them is Shintaro and his baby brother, George who's also "curious" on this mission. They've unraveled the leg-grabbing Judo principles before they could've been lost. Plus, these are basics and very efficient to use.

Excellent Instructor

Really like Shintaro's instructional videos. He's a very experienced judoka and also Jiu-Jitsu player so he can explain which techniques work best in each sport and how they translate back and forth or what modifications you need to make in order for the throw/takedown to work according to the rules or gameplans used in each sport.

got this vid because I do jiu jitsu and need to improve my standing game, it is very informative from the take downs , to the stances and grips
