Collar nice, size and lack of customer support not so nice

I purchased this collar for my growing Newfie pup, and got the x-large so there would be room to grow. The collar arrived but was clearly smaller than the advertised dimensions. It just barely fits, and my pup will outgrow it soon. When I reached out to BigPaw and have provided photos to show the collar with measuring tape. I also responded to their request for a picture showing the collar at full size, but they have yet to respond back, even after I emailed them again. Kind of disappointed in lack of communication and probably won’t order from them again.

Fall fever!
