ZERO stars. I never received my order. I contacted customer service and they said that it was delayed with Canada Post. The tracking status on the Canada Post website indicates that the item was never received from BigPaw Shop, although they claim they sent it. I requested a refund or to resend my order but they did nothing. Aside form the expedited shipping costs for an item I never received. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s the most irresponsible and unprofessional business I have ever encountered.
