Very sturdy material, just like the original. A bit hard to fit in, but maybe with time it will loosen up.

The Seat didn’t breakdown or tear, rather it was dirty and stained from Spilling drinks and food over the years. The quality of Helinox equipment (specifically the chair one) is prime. It’s one those things where you get what you pay for. Although pricey, The chair is well built and worth it.

Not worth it

Tried to ship this replacement part to Canada. Ended up costing me more than buying a new chair. Helinox doesn’t support their Canadian customers. Wont purchase from them again.
