At first it wasn't that I was skeptical, but just rather curious. I will say I did notice a very distinct change in my overall sense of awareness after taking the first two capsules. And it wasn't a jittery or nervous type of feeling, just an overall sense of being awake and alert, followed hours later with restful sleep. If all of this is a result of a placebo effect, so be it! I will have no problems continuing on having this placebo effect at all whatsoever!
