Good product, but description of what resistance works with Ignitor III versus Ignitor II is inadequate. Included sheet says “works with 2 or 3, then the table on the same page says “not compatible with 2!?” At least one of the twenty . pdfs aaillable said “use. least 1. 5 ohms for V-8” ( I may have mistakenly dI may have opened the . pdf for the Ignitor II). In any event, Tech Support was clear that the 1. 5 ohm would not run with the III above idle. So I now have two coils and need to return the 1. 5 ohm, it was installed briefly but never energized. didn't realize I needed a certain coil for the ignition I purchased . but what a difference thx pertronix
