NANOPRESSO BARISTA KIT

This product actually has done manufacturing defect. The screw on cap is misaligned with it's thread, messaging that it does not fit flush with the rest of the parts. There is an edge which sticks out around 0.5mm, enough to see and feel it when holding. The martial used for the cap seems to also be different, it is shinier and a slightly different shade of grey than the rest of the parts leading me to think it may have been sourced from a different supplier. The most annoying design aspect is the tapered water container. The original one that came with the Nanopresso was just the right width to fit some other parts inside it neatly. The taper in the larger water container means that when you put the coffee filter basket and/or the tamper inside it catches the sides and sometimes gets stuck and has to be tapped, often hit quite hard to get it out. I would have been happy for the machine to be shorter and wider if it means it works better ergonomically. Bad design choice.

The barista kit is a must have accessory if you want the convenience of a double espresso shot without the faff of swapping out the 8g basket.
