Never liked putting the pen tip in a bottle. The tips can get damaged if inserted too far. This prevents that and allows you to get every drop of ink out of the bottle.

Was so excited to get this but have not used it yet. I gave my grandson a fountain pen for Christmas and waiting for him to come by so we can play. I just know it’s going to be so much fun!!
