If Uchi Mata is your tokui waza you should get this instructional , first 2 volumes are very complete but like an intro while the last two sets get into more advanced details. I am southamerican so just like Israel my english has some accent but honestly I don´t think it´s hard to understand. I missed some solo excercises like in his other DVD Judo Building Blocks but honestly I believe this DVD answer all or most of the questions you can have about applying the technique.
