Memorial Guitar Pick
This guitar pick is absolutely gorgeous. However, it is not what I ordered.
Once I opened it, I immediately emailed you, and explained the situation.
After a few emails going back and forth, you offered to remake my order, which I am extremely grateful for.
You see, I had a guitar pick just like this made as a necklace. My cleaning lady accidentally threw the first one away. So I ordered a second. I have no idea where I lost it, and believe me I have searched everywhere, from the pool that I swim in, to putting it on a local Facebook page. So, with a broken heart, I ordered a THIRD one. Unfortunately, I wasn't as insistent as the last two times, and my point must have gotten lost in the shuffle. The last time, I think I emailed multiple times, making sure it was in the form of a necklace. When I went to replace it this time, they told me that they had my previous order on file, and gave me a number to put on the order form. I don't know if that number was just for a guitar pick, or if the person making my jewelry didn't understand what I wanted, but somehow, I was sent just the pick, not in necklace form.
However, after two or three emails back and forth, you resolved the problem, and will soon be shipping me my beloved necklace.
When I was wearing the necklace, I received multiple compliments on it, and always told the person complimenting me, where to order one. You would be surprised how many people don't know that their loved ones fingerprints are stored at the funeral home forever.
Thank you for making me such a gorgeous piece of memorial jewelry. I have ordered Mother's rings from you in the past too, and they are exquisite. Your products are high quality.
