Wrong shape twice.

I ordered an engraved heart for my daughter’s wedding with a message from her father recently diagnosed with advanced cancer. Unfortunately I received a beautiful engraved circle. The company was quick to politely respond to me with apologies and offer to send a corrected heart or a refund. I requested a corrected heart. When I received the corrected order, I was so disappointed it was still the same circle shape. Once again I was impressed to get a quick response from the company and a total refund! My advice to the company is, we are all human, but if there is a mistaken order, it warrants a triple check. Despite the wrong shape, I gave them 4 stars for their honesty which can be rare nowadays!
