I was really hoping that this would be the cure all to my chronic digestive disorders I’ve had for years. I took as directed and am almost done with it last few weeks . Unfortunately it is not helping me . I’m going to stay with it a bit longer but honestly I probably won’t buy it again . I’m sure it helps many others though . I’m chronic so that’s why it may not work for me . It was worth a try .
