5 knee braces purchased

We purchased 5 knee braces for 3 different members of our football team an unfortunately none of them fit. They are all too small. What is the process for me to return them and be reimbursed?

It works as expected, but I had to put the extra padding that it came with by the shin area so it wouldn't bruise.

Would like a refund. Never received it!
