The Lopi yarn was exactly as I expected it would be. It will be a little scratchy, but I am making an outer garment (vest) with it, so it will be perfect. The knitting is going quite quickly, so my vest will be finished in no time. I shopped the store in person. The clerk was friendly and knowledgeable... It is so much fun to shop there.

I also liked that your customer service advisor answered my email immediately with a friendly to-the-point response. As for the yarn, Alafosslopi, it arrived swiftly, well packed, and clean. This is my first time knitting with this weight in this brand, and I do see that it will make a warm outdoor sweater for winter. The swatches softened after a 24 hour soak, fulling nicely.
