We really like the fountain and Alan our sales rep, however the process wasn’t without issues. We received the fountain without the light kit and the timer didn’t work. However Alan took great care of me and got the missing parts and sent a replacement timer. We have to hook up the new timer so I’m crossing my fingers it will work
