It’s OK
The plant arrived in OK condition. The tall pieces were mostly bent/creased and needed to be trimmed off. Also, the inner part of the plant was a bit sparse. All in all, it was an OK transaction.

My Reed plants arrived very dry and crispy! I made a point to water them well on arrival. I have planted them and will try to support them so they will be refreshed to grow but not to be overwatered and risk rotting.
