Don't Know If It Works Correctly

The residual smell on my items that I "UV" has a smell of burnt metal. Why is that? I guess I was expecting a "clean, fresh scent". I am not sure if the product does work.

I have two kids under 3 and staying healthy is my number one priority ALWAYS. This sterilizer is used as soon as kids leave a playdate or if they are sick. We can always hand wash a toy but getting in all the Knicks and crannies is just not possible. My youngest is 9 Months old and has EVERYTHING IN HER MOUTH so sterilizing with UV gives me peace of mind that she isn’t putting unnecessary unwanted germs in her mouth all day and we can stay healthy possibly one more day. 🩷
