Amazing product and customer service

We knew we wanted to try the Catchy even before our baby started solids. My brother had done BLW with his kids and they used a plastic cover on the ground that worked fine. However, for us it was important that we keep the food scraps away from our cat. The Catchy has been perfect! It actually works so much better that we ever thought it would. It's also unexpectedly sturdy: after cleaning it we sometimes catch our 4kg cat laying on the Catchy and it stays in place. Customer service was stellar too. They were out of a colour I ordered and, instead of cancelling on me, they emailed me to choose another colour. Plus, they immediately refunded me 10% off the price I paid. It was easily the best customer service I've ever had buying something online.
