Bald Head Exfoliater

There were no instructions with regard to frequency. Is this something I should use every day, once a week, what? The instructions on how to apply were fine. but should I apply before showering or after? I bought this product in the hopes that it would remove dead skin and rough patches on my bald head. Period. I do not have a beard. Please give me some guidance and I will give you another review. Thanks.

The bottle is too small

Value is just not there for this product. It should be twice the size for the same price.
