My first order arrived with several tubes without lids. The product had melted out of the tubes. The balm was all over inside the bag. They were not salvageable. I called your customer service & they were very helpful. They sent another order & it arrived intact with secure tubes. I like the product. Thank-you for being a caring, conscientious company! Love the lip balm, I have very dry lips from allergies and have tried numerous lip balms, most with ingredients that are not good for you and actually made my lips worse so I know a good lip balms, I love this stuff, only natural ingredients, glad to know I’m using premium stuff on my skin
