Crab Link Bracelet Too Brittle

Ordered one which arrived with a broken link. Your rep, Hayden, was quick in providing a replacement. Sadly, it arrived broken as well. No hard feelings. My recommendation is to pack that item inside a padded envelope, instead of the rigid square flat cardboard envelop you currently use. I'll get around to finding a replacement item soon. Cheers.
