To Suit Mazda 2 3 6 RX8 CX-7 CX-9 Remote Flip Key Blank Replacement Shell/Case/Enclosure

The replacement top half shell was as I expected. Though to make it fit to the original bottom half shell I needed to modify it by filing some of the material. The fitting of the original key also needed some filing but for the low price I paid, it was worth all the effort. And a sense of great satisfaction.

Key flip is ok but a lot of effort to swap over the cotter pin to pull out the old key, which doesn't quite line up with the factory key hole. Hole alignment out by about 1.5mm requiring some some filing to fit. The cotter pin is 2.5mm.
