Atlanta Grill Company had this Shun Chefs Knife on sale and I couldn’t resist and purchased it. It’s by far the best cutting knife I’ve ever used. The VG 10 Max Damascus steel blade is beautiful accompanied with the Blonde handle. had a way to super thin. This is slicing knife, not a chopping knife or nothing. You’d want to cut bone with most definitely for veggies and protein. A+++
