4" Magnetic House Numbers

Product quality is amazing! Very well built very sturdy, good hinges, good magnets, etc. I’ve already had several compliments on it. The shipping, handling, and communication from the company were extremely poor. It took over a month to get my product. I had no communication. I had to call the number multiple times. Was told it was late due to backorder and that both items would be shipping. But then only one item shipped. I had to call again seven days later to find out why only half my order came. They were very pleasant and apologized. Said they would send it out immediately and text me a picture of the package. I never received this picture, but I did check the updated tracking number and it was sent out.

Great looking product, poor lead time

I'm very happy with the product, it looks great on the mailbox and i like how easy they are to mount with the magnetic attachment method. Only reason to give 4 stars is because it took over 2. 5 months to get the product and was not told it was back ordered until i reached out.

The product is fine, But poor communication and shipping times. It may take a month to receive your order. It will tell you 7-10 days then after you pay it tells you they are backed up and it may be a month, and it only shipped after I emailed and complained.
