Delayed Order, Expensive Return, No Help
I ordered this in early April and didn’t receive it until May 23rd. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong post, and despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone to cancel or modify the order before it shipped. That part was ultimately my mistake, and I was willing to accept it. What made the experience frustrating was the return process. Not only am I responsible for return shipping, but there’s also a 10% restocking fee. To make matters worse, when I ordered the replacement post, I didn’t receive the same discount because it wasn’t bundled with the mailbox. Returning the original post would cost me about $60 in shipping alone. Communication has been extremely poor throughout this entire process. Nobody reached out to help, and I was unable to get in contact with anyone when I needed assistance. As of today, I’m still waiting on the replacement post. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I will not be purchasing from this company again.

In-Ground Post
The post is strong and painted well. Had good instructions regarding the placement of the post to conform to USPS guidelines. Would recommend the product and looks like it will last quite a long while.

Do not buy this if you live in a frost climate. You need 41-45 inches for USPS postal code. This post is only 51. That will leave you only 10 inches to go into the ground. You will need to bury this by USPS requirements at 24inches. So this is not a USPS approved post. This would all be fine if you could put it over a 4x4 pressure treated post. The interior is only 3.15x3.15. Adoorn used to sell a post that was 43 inches that went over a 4x4 post. They have "upgraded" that post to this one that wont' work. Contacted their support for ideas and was told incorrect information, 1 that the post was solid and not hallow and that 10inches in the ground is fine and within spec. The instruction material they send you and USPS provides show you must go 24inches in the ground. 51-41 only leaves you 10 not 24. This is why other companies allow you to put it over a 4x4.
