Great product at a good price point!

Perfect size

I love how the silicone covered rod feels when knocking. Rubber ring around the bottom was detached when I received it (not sure if this is supposed to be this way or not) but once in place it provides solid grip on the counter. Great size and the colour works well with everything else on my coffee bar.

Excellent product, out of this world service

Beautifully packaged and presented with a personal note! Who does that? Such a nice touch. Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. After a couple of weeks I'm making better and better espresso as I learn and refine the process. Thank you so much!
