“I first discovered The Meadow on the Cooking Channel and, as someone who’s always on the hunt for unique seasonings and salts, I ordered immediately. My order arrived promptly, and the moment they did, I couldn’t resist tasting them. The flavors were extraordinary! I used three different salts as finishing touches on a couple of dishes, and they elevated my cooking to another level. I really love your salts and chocolates, but I was both embarrassed and terribly disappointed when my orders arrived weeks after Christmas. At the very least, I expected some kind of “heads up” that they wouldn’t make it in time for the holiday.
