Compare well with Bee the Light

I like the mission of Bee the Light candle company and have used their votives for a while, but I have never been pleased with the burn. Here's a photo of two candles in the same size candle holder that sat next to each other on my shrine and were burned exactly the same amount of time. You can see the difference. I think it's the thickness of the wick that makes the difference. I think I'll switch to Bluecorn when i burn through my current stock of votives :)

First time user

I love the brightness of the burn. They glow like I've never seen any other candle glow. However, they burn much faster than my Root, Sydney, or Voluspa Candles. Last night I realized that I need to leave the wick a little longer than the typical 1/4" . I trimmed three of them to this height and couldn't get them lit until I tilted them to the side.

Everything was great aside from the raw tapers- there was strange bubbling between layers of wax at the base of each pair (i got four). So kinda disappointed about the esthetic aspect but im guessing theyll burn fine. I love beeswax, its the only kind of candle i burn. I live on an island so it took forever for these to arrive- so i wont be trying to exchange or return the irregular looking ones.
