I am hoping that you did not just send “wire by the foot” as stated, and sent the order as completed pendants as ordered. I have used color cord for years, and have recommended to to many many lighting manufacturers around the country… you have always been great and easy to deal with. Not so much this time. Your ordering process pushes everything back on us, when we have no ideas all of the options, and that we are getting everything we needed. We then need to place the order on line, and nit send in PO’s which keeps you out of my system. There should be an easier way. I agree that off the shelf items could be done on line, but custom never…. Which is the opposite of what you are doing.
