This was not a new purchase it was a warranty issue. Not all of the lights off the outer circle were working on the left rear light. I contacted customer support and the requested a photo of the issue, once they receive the photo it was determined that it was a warranty issue and replacemet lights were sent and received in less then a week. This is uutstanding customer service and you cannot go wrong purchasing any items from Eagle Lights. I appreciate the great customer service that was provided to me. Terrence
