Best lunch box bag!

I made the Hudson Bag with laminated cotton inside and out. Tough to sew on but the results are worth it! Directions good, video is very helpful. I topstitched the vertical seams to give more definition to the corners. Anyway, the recipient loved it and TSA agent was WOWED as it went thru— my family members said it was the coolest thing I’ve made! It will be primarily used as a craft bag, some times a lunch bag. Love the size

I made the Hudson very easily. It comes together quickly and it turned out to be a lovely insulated bag. I like the style so much that I am now going to enlarge the bag to turn it into an insulated grocery tote. If it works out the way I hope, I will be making many more since now the supermarket and the military commissary are charging for bags. First to make sure it works, I am doing a muslin prototype. I really do like this bag.
